Thrilled to say I am the new Poppy Organiser for the Royal British Legion in Stourbridge

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I will be the Royal British Legion's new Poppy Appeal Organiser 🌺

This is a voluntary role that I won't be undertaking alone, as I hope to bring a few more new faces to the RBL to support the Poppy Appeal and other events, and also local cadets, businesses and stalwarts of the community like Dave Spruce, who is the organiser of Stourbridge Military Vehicle Parade, and of course Sid🐾.

Throughout my life, I have supported the RBL, particularly when I served as the MP for Stourbridge. Therefore, it was a no-brainer when I was asked to take on this vital role.

The Stourbridge Royal British Legion Branch is alive and kicking despite losing its premises on Enville Street. It is there to continue the vital voluntary work that supports ex-service personnel and their families in Stourbridge.

The first outing for the Poppy Appeal will be at the Stourbridge Carnival on Sunday, 6th July 2025.
