This is Dudley Borough's new Mayor, Amblecote councillor, Pete Lee.
It was an honour to attend his ceremony in the council house.
Pete is an absolute legend and will be a fabulous mayor.
He is deeply personable and very funny. I am a big fan and consider him a friend.
When I first met him back in 2019, I was in awe of him and his wife Gloria, who had been foster parents for many years whilst also making time as councillor putting his heart and soul into the community.
He is the embodiment of all that is good about Stourbridge, another Jewel in The Crown xx
